What is the legal validity of the “Validate Document”?
The “Validate Document” has the same validity as the simple electronic signature, that is to say, it has no evidentiary value. This type is offered in cases of low legal risk and that do not require security guarantees. Validate document gathers the recipient’s electronic data but has no evidentiary value because it does not allow for the identification of the user.
How to Validate a Document?
1. Upload the document
From the “New Document” section load or create a document. You can also choose one of the templates you created.
2. Choose "Validate Document"
Add the recipients of this signature.
3. Prepare to send
Add a personalized message, schedule to send at a later date and include recipients in CC.
4. Prepare the document
Add your information, the missing information in the document and the fields that you request to your signatory(ies).
5. The signatory(ies) receives the document
By means of an email they can access the document and sign it simply by checking a box and clicking on a button. From any device.
6. You will receive an email with the evidentiary documentation
The email will contain the generated test document. In addition, the status can be monitored from the management panel.
